- drippings from short ribs - 1 item
How to make short ribs:
Sauce: flour drippings from short ribs A.1. sauce Cook short ribs and sliced onions in Dutch oven using 1/2 to 1 cup water, salt and pepper. Remove cooked short ribs; skim some fat from juice, if necessary. Blend flour and water; add to boiling meat juice. Cook until thick as you desire. Add A.1. sauce (1 to 2 teaspoons).
