Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• sugar - 1 tsp
• mustard dry or prepared - 1 tsp
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• salad oil - 1/4 c
• can Shoepeg corn - 1 item
• medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
• celery, chopped - 1 c
• small onion, chopped - 1 item
• small jar pimento - 1 item

How to make shoepeg corn salad:

Combine salt, sugar, mustard, vinegar and oil. Add rest of ingredients and marinate in refrigerator overnight. This is a very good keeper.
