Bean salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- ketchup - 2 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can each: green beans, kidney beans, chick peas - 1 item
How to make bean salad:
Mix together all ingredients except the beans, then pour mixture over the combined beans. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 24 hours. Will keep in the refrigerator 2 weeks.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, Chickpeas/garbanzos.
