  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • stick butter - 1/3 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • cans Shoepeg corn - 2 item
  • whipping cream not whipped - 3/4 c

How to make shoepeg corn casserole:

Melt butter. Add corn, salt and pepper. Sprinkle flour over top and mix well. Add whipping cream. Cook until thickened while stirring. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 300° about 30 minutes.
