Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 2
- 16 oz - 1 pt
- black olives, sliced - 1 item
- ripe avocados, mashed - 3 item
- spicy refried beans - 16 oz
- Elpato hot tomato sauce - 3 4
- green onions, diced 2 collar tops - 3 item
- to 2 fresh tomatoes, diced - 1 item
How to make seven layer mexican dip:
Combine mashed avocados with lemon juice. Use 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and layer as follows:1) layer beans
2) layer mashed avocados with lemon juice
3) layer sour cream with Elpato sauce
4) layer Cheddar cheese
5) layer onions
6) layer black olives
7) layer top with diced tomatoes
Chill. Serve with tostada chips, tortilla chips.
Variation: May use Rosarita chunky salsa sauce in place of fresh tomatoes.
