Ingredients/Components
- cooked chicken - 2 c
- chopped celery - 2 c
- seasoned croutons - 1 c
- small onions, chopped - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- cream of chicken or cream of celery soup - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
How to make baked chicken salad:
Mix first 7 ingredients together. Place in 2-quart casserole. Top with cheese and almonds. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serve spiced peaches as an accompaniment. Perfect luncheon or buffet casserole.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
