Ingredients/Components
- water
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- bay leaf - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- thyme leaves - 1/4 tsp
- fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- carrots, chopped - 1/2 c
- canned tomatoes with liquid - 2 c
- potatoes, cut in cubes - 6 oz
- shelled shrimp, chopped - 5 oz
- packet chicken seasoning mix - 1 item
- white fish, cut in chunks - 10 oz
How to make seafood stew:
In saucepan saute until tender, onion, green pepper, celery, carrots and garlic. Add remaining ingredients except fish and shrimp and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and let simmer until potatoes are tender, 20 to 30 minutes. Add fish and shrimp to combine and cook until fish flakes easily, about 7 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
