Seafood salad
Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 3 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- cans shrimp, rinsed and drained - 2 item
- hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped - 7 item
- loaf white bread, crust cut off, buttered and diced - 1 item
- cans crab, rinsed and drained - 2 item
How to make seafood salad:
Mix the the first 3 ingredients the night before in an airtight container. (I store this in the refrigerator, but the original recipe says to leave at room temperature.) At least 4 hours before serving, add the crab, shrimp, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
