Seafood linguine
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 2 oz
- lemon - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 oz
- white wine - 3 oz
- sea scallops - 2 oz
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese, fresh grated - 3 oz
- linguine, cooked - 8 oz
- peeled and deveined prawns - 4 item
- bite-size halibut - 2 oz
- bite-size salmon - 2 oz
How to make seafood linguine:
Heat oil, saute chopped garlic. Toss in seafoods and saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Add wine, half and half, lemon wedge, parsley and cheese. Heat linguine and arrange seafood on top. Serve with garlic toast.We use olive oil instead of butter on the toast (for low cholesterol). Serves one. Double recipe or more for others.
