Seafood casserole
Ingredients/Components
- boiled shrimp - 1 lb
- can crab meat - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- Louisiana red hot sauce - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- Italian bread crumbs
How to make seafood casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs, salt, pepper and butter. Pour into casserole and top with a mixture of bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
