Ingredients/Components

- eggs, beaten - 1 doz
- all-purpose flour
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 1/4 c
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- melted butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- soft breadcrumbs
- Cheese Sauce recipe follows - 1 item
- cubed ham or Canadian bacon - 1 c
- Add eggs and cook over medium-high heat, stirring to form large, soft curds
