Scalloped tomatoes
Ingredients/Components
- tomatoes - 1 can
- chopped onion - 1 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- cream or top milk - 3 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs or 3 slices bread, browned in butter - 1/2 c
How to make scalloped tomatoes:
Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Place in a casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Kosher.
