  • salt - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • grated onion - 1 tsp
  • cooked tomatoes
  • slices white toast - 4 item

How to make scalloped tomatoes:

Spread 2 tablespoons margarine over toast. Sprinkle with garlic salt and cut into cubes. Combine tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper. Place cubes in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and add tomato mixture. Pour remaining melted margarine over top. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
