- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 item
- slices bread, cubed - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, cut into small pieces - 1 item
- size - 1 can
How to make scalloped tomatoes:
Mix all ingredients in proper sized buttered baking dish. Dot generously with butter. Bake, uncovered, slowly until bread browns a bit, at least 1 1/2 hours in 325° oven.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Kosher.
