- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- white pepper - 1/8 tsp
- mayo - 1/4 c
- can College Inn chicken broth - 1 item
- large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced - 5 item
How to make scalloped potatoes and onions:
In casserole, layer potatoes and onion. In medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine and stir in flour; cook until foamy. Gradually stir in broth and mayo. Cook until sauce bubbles and thickens.
