- medium peeled, sliced potatoes - 4 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- finely chopped onions - 1/4 c
- milk
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika or parsley - 1 item
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Arrange half of sliced potatoes in 2 1/2-quart buttered casserole. Sprinkle with half the flour, salt and onions. Repeat. Pour in milk and dot with butter. Microwave (High) covered, 15 to 18 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 4 minutes. Rest covered 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
