  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • ground cloves - 1 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • corn oil
  • peeled and grated carrots - 2 c

How to make best ever carrot cake:

Mix together. Cut cake into 2 layers. Frost and sprinkle with coconut.
