- salt - 1 item
- butter - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- soup can milk - 1/2 item
- sliced, pared potatoes - 4 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Place half of potatoes in greased baking dish; cover with half of soup and milk mixture, then another layer of potatoes, then top with rest of soup and milk. Top with butter and chunks of Velveeta cheese (the more the better). Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
