Easy macaroni and cheese
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- uncooked macaroni
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- milk - 1 qt
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make easy macaroni and cheese:
Melt butter in baking dish; pour macaroni into melted butter. Stir until butter coats macaroni. Slice cheese. Cut each slice in fourths. Add salt, pepper, cheese and cold milk to macaroni. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Do not stir while baking. This comes out of the oven golden brown and creamy.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Elbow macaroni.
