Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese
- sour milk - 1 c
- defrosted hash browns - 2 lb
- butter, melted I use 1/4 c - 1/2 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Mix butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, milk, sour cream and cheese. Add potatoes and place in two 2-quart casserole dishes. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Buttered crumbs on top are optional.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
