- salt - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- can milk - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- to 8 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thin - 6 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
In casserole dish, alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onion. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potato layers. Cook, covered, at 350° until tender, about 45 minutes. Uncover the last 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
