Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• granulated sugar
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• oil
• soda - 2 tsp
• all-purpose flour - 2 c
• chopped walnuts - 1 c
• ground cloves - 1 tsp
• crushed pineapple - 8 oz
• peeled and grated carrots - 2 c
• cream cheese frosting and coconut - 1 item

How to make best ever carrot cake:

Beat together oil, sugar and eggs until well combined. In a small bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Add to eggs and sugar mixture, mixing well. Drain pineapple well. Add carrots, walnuts and pineapple to batter. Blend
