Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- sliced thin potatoes - 5 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Wash and slice potatoes and put in buttered baking dish. Put in half of potatoes, 1/2 butter, flour and salt.Prepare other layer in same manner, until all ingredients are used. Add milk and bake, uncovered, at 400° for 50 to 60 minutes.
