Onion roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 item
- red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bag; shake until well coated. Empty bag into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer, until potatoes are brown and tender. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
