Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3/4 c
- margarine - 1/2 lb
- paprika - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- whole milk - 1/2 gal
- potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/16-inch thick - 7 lb
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Make a cream sauce with the margarine, milk and flour. Lay sliced potatoes in baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with cream sauce. Repeat with another layer. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake uncovered at 350° until tender.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
