  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • oleo - 1/2 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • marshmallows
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Coke - 1 c
  • Blend oleo, Crisco, cocoa and Coke

How to make coke cake:

Mix sugar, flour and salt. Blend oleo, Crisco, cocoa and Coke. Bring to boil. Pour over dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Icing:1/2 c. oleo3 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. Coke1 box powdered sugar1 c. nuts1 tsp. vanilla Bring the first 3 ingredients to boil. Remove from heat and add sugar, nuts and vanilla. Ice cake while still hot.
