Ingredients/Components
- cream of mushroom soup - 2 cans
- milk - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- thinly sliced potatoes - 8 c
- onions, chopped - 1/3 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- butter - 2 tsp
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 375° for 1 hour. Uncover, add sprinkle of paprika and bake for another 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
