Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- potatoes, peeled and sliced - 6 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Cook potatoes on top of stove until almost tender. Mix rest of ingredients and cook until thick. In 2-quart casserole dish, layer potatoes and cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.Note: May add cubed ham, if desired.
