Scalloped potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- oleo - 1/4 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- potatoes, boiled in jackets, peeled and sliced - 5 lb
- Velveeta, cut in chunks - 1 lb
- ham if desired - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with foil. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hour. This recipe will serve 20 and also freezes well.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
