Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • oleo - 1/4 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • small onion, diced - 1 item
  • potatoes, boiled in jackets, peeled and sliced - 5 lb
  • Velveeta, cut in chunks - 1 lb
  • ham if desired - 1 item

How to make scalloped potatoes:

Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with foil. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hour. This recipe will serve 20 and also freezes well.
