  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 5 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • pumpkin - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 3 c
  • oleo - 6 Tbsp
  • cream cheese soft

How to make pumpkin squares:

Icing:3 oz. cream cheese (soft)6 Tbsp. oleo3 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla5 tsp. milk Mix all the ingredients for the squares together and put it in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

Mix the ingredients for the icing together and put on cool squares.
