Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- bananas - 2 item
- curry powder
- jar maraschino cherries - 1 oz
- can pineapple chunks - 1 item
- can sliced peaches - 1 item
- can pears - 1 item
- can apricots - 1 item
How to make hot curried fruit:
Drain all fruit. Combine margarine, sugar and curry powder ; heat. Stir until well blended. Put fruit in casserole and add sauce. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Side dish.
