Ingredients/Components
- Sugar - 1 c
- Vinegar - 1 c
- Salt to taste - 1 item
- Onion - 1 item
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Celery Seed - 1 tsp
- head Cabbage - 1 item
- large Bell Pepper - 1 item
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- to 3 Carrots - 2 item
How to make vinegar cole slaw:
Chop cabbage, bell pepper, carrots and onion. Boil vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard, pepper and salt for 5 minutes. Pour over remaining ingredients. Store in a covered container in refrigerator.
