Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- oleo - 1 c
- parsley flakes - 5 Tbsp
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- potatoes - 5 lb
- slices bread - 5 item
- dehydrated onions - 5 Tbsp
How to make cottage potatoes:
Cook potatoes, with skin, until done. Cool, then cube the potatoes. Crumble bread. Cube cheese. Add all ingredients together into a baking pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
