Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 3/4
  • butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
  • can condensed Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
  • dash of salt, pepper and paprika - 1 item

How to make scalloped potatoes:

Blend soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes and sauce. Cook in 1 1/2-quart casserole at 375° about 1 hour or until done. Sprinkle paprika on top.
