Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 3/4
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
- can condensed Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- dash of salt, pepper and paprika - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Blend soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes and sauce. Cook in 1 1/2-quart casserole at 375° about 1 hour or until done. Sprinkle paprika on top.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
