Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
- shredded sharp cheddar cheese - 1 c
- thinly sliced onion separate into rings - 1/2 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Blend soup, milk, dash of pepper. In a buttered 1 1/2 quart covered casserole dish, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions, soup mixture and cheese. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
