- milk
- salt
- flour
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- medium, sliced, peeled potatoes - 5 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Cover bottom of greased casserole with potato slices. Sprinkle with half the flour, salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Pour milk over potatoes. Drizzle evenly with melted butter. Cover and bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Uncover; cook for 30 minutes longer until potatoes are tender.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
