Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- butter, melted - 1 c
- can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 oz
- bread chunks French bread is best - 4 c
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Place bread chunks in the bottom of a well-greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread drained pineapple chunks over bread. Beat eggs slightly. Mix in sugar and melted butter.
