- sugar - 2 c
- melted margarine - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- fresh bread crumbs - 4 c
How to make scalloped pineapple:
Bread should be torn into 1/4-inch size pieces. Toss bread with drained pineapple. Place in a greased 2-quart baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan). Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pineapple. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (uncovered).Recipe categories: Desserts, Drinks, Non Alcoholic.
