- well-beaten egg - 1 item
- bread crumbs or cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- chopped onion or onion powder to taste - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs may use cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Mix corn, milk and egg. Add 1 cup crumbs, onion, salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased 8-inch round baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
