Hot buttered rum
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- dark rum - 6 8
- cider or apple juice - 1 qt
- light or dark corn syrup - 1/4 c
- cinnamon or nutmeg - 1 item
How to make hot buttered rum:
Combine cider and corn syrup and heat until butter is melted but not boiling. Pour 1 to 1 1/2 ounces of rum into each serving cup. Add hot cider mixture and sprinkle either of spices or serve with a cinnamon stick.Recipe categories: Low protein, Drinks, Low fat.
