- can creamed corn - 1 item
- box saltine crackers - 1/4 item
How to make scalloped corn:
Pour corn into greased casserole dish. Crush crackers into corn. Fill corn can with milk and add to cracker mixture. Stir well. Dot top with dabs of butter. Bake in 350° oven for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
