Scalloped corn
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- shredded carrots - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream style corn - 1 3/4
- crushed saltines about 15 crackers - 1/2 c
How to make scalloped corn:
In a bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a greased 1 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
