Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- grated carrot - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- hot sauce - 1/8 tsp
- shredded cheese - 1/2 c
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
How to make corn casserole:
Combine eggs and milk and beat until well blended. Add cracker crumbs; set aside until all liquid is absorbed. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese) to crumb mixture. Spoon into greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with cheese.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
