Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- canned milk - 1 c
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- minced dried onions - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs dried
How to make scalloped corn:
Topping:1/2 c. bread crumbs (dried)2 Tbsp. butter Put corn liquid in cup and add enough cream to make 1 cup. Melt butter; add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until blended; slowly add liquid. Cook until thick. Remove from heat. Add drained corn and beaten eggs. Stir constantly; add pepper and onion. Put in greased casserole (put in pan of water). Put crumbs on top with butter, then bake for 1 1/2 hours at 400°Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
