- butter - 1/3 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- sweet milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- liquid from asparagus - 1 item
- can asparagus, drained - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- bread or cracker crumbs - 1/3 c
How to make scalloped asparagus:
Put asparagus, eggs and sauce in baking dish in layers. Top with cheese, bread crumbs and dots of butter. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Asparagus.
