  • eggs - 3 item
  • sour cream - 24 oz
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • unbaked pie shells - 2 item
  • salt not necessary - 2 tsp
  • grated cheese Swiss is best, but Cheddar will do or half and half - 2 c

How to make sausage quiche:

Fry and drain sausage. Mix into eggs, sour cream and cheese mixture. Add and blend Worcestershire and salt. Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce to 325° and cook 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot. Ham or hamburger c
