Sausage quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- sour cream - 24 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- unbaked pie shells - 2 item
- salt not necessary - 2 tsp
- grated cheese Swiss is best, but Cheddar will do or half and half - 2 c
How to make sausage quiche:
Fry and drain sausage. Mix into eggs, sour cream and cheese mixture. Add and blend Worcestershire and salt. Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce to 325° and cook 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot. Ham or hamburger cRecipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Pork.
