Sausage quiche
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Bisquick - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- mild sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage quiche:
Fry sausage; drain and crumble into a greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix well the remaining ingredients and pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 400 for 25 - 30 minutes until set and browned on top. Cool 5 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Pork.
