Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- cup vegetable oil - 1/4 item
- cup olive oil - 1/4 item
- cup chopped green bell pepper - 1/4 item
- cup chopped red bell pepper - 1/4 item
- thin-sliced red or white potatoes, cut into 1/8 inch slices - 1 lb
- tsp salt, divided - 1/2 item
- small onion, cut in half lengthwise, thinly sliced crosswise - 1 item
How to make spanish potato omelet:
