Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, boiled - 6 item
- salt & pepper to taste - 1 item
- pat of butter - 1 item
- pinches sugar - 2 item
- shrimp or salad shrimp - 1 2
- Mustard - just enough to add color - 1 item
How to make deviled eggs:
Peel and halve eggs. Remove yolks. Mash yolks, add salt & pepper, sugar, mayo. Melt butter in small pot, add shrimp & steam for 5 minutes or until opaque. Drain. Chop shrimp til fine; add to egg yolk mixture. Stir well. Spoon into egg whites. Sprinkle witRecipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Side dish.
