Sausage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- sausage - 2 lb
- sharp cheese, shredded - 2 c
- slices bread, trimmed - 8 item
How to make sausage casserole:
Cook sausage over medium heat until done, stirring and crumbling well. Drain on paper towel and set aside. Spread each slice of bread with oleo. Cut bread into cubes and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over mixture.
